We send many of our emails through a system called Planning Center. Sometimes, email clients aren't sure if you want to see the emails or not so they send the emails somewhere besides your inbox.

Gmail/Google
Gmail (On your computer/web)
1. Go to Settings (click the gear icon) > See All Settings.
2. Select the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
3. Click Create a New Filter.
4. In the From field, enter the email address or domain you want to whitelist.
5. Click Create filter.
6.Check the box that says Never send it to Spam.
7.Click Create filter to save it.
Gmail (Mobile App)
1. Open the Gmail app and find an email from the sender you want to whitelist. (Note: You may have to look in the "All Mail" or Spam folder to find one from Planning Center)
2. Open the email, then tap Report not spam (if the email is in Spam) or tap the three-dot menu and select Move to Inbox if it’s in another folder. (This tells Gmail that emails from this sender are safe, reducing the likelihood they’ll go to Spam in the future.)

4.Enter the email address or domain (including the @ symbol) and press Enter.

2. Click on the three dots on the top.
3. Click Move to Focused Inbox.
4. In the pop-up window, click Always Move to save your decision.
