An Introduction to 40 days of Prayer

Watch this ⬆︎ first

Last night at our Member Meeting, we launched a 40 Days of Prayer: Wisdom for Expansion initiative! Since some of you were unable to attend, I wanted to share the meeting audio and files from last night, so you could follow along. It’s important that each Northstar member understands and is invited to join us in these 40 Days of Prayer together!

You will receive a regular email over the next 40 days from different leaders with prayer requests, stories to share and even progress and answers. I’m excited about this faith adventure as we seek God’s guidance together in these special days of growth and fruitfulness.

Here are the videos and handouts to review:

1. Financial Report for 2025 (year-end edition)

2. Staff Structure (to help you understand who’s who and also our organizational growth and structure)

3. Don Hines’ update video:

4. Slides of last night’s meeting (☜click link for slides)

5. The audio of last night’s ENTIRE meeting
6. The audio of the pastoral encouragement section

Our 40 Days of Prayer emphasis will conclude on April 5, Easter Sunday. We are asking members to pray consistently over the next 40 days for:

  • Clarity in decision making
  • Wisdom in our growth
  • Sensitivity to God’s leadership
  • Making a specific commitment for financial support of the IM7 Fund in 2026

On Sunday, April 12, we will share the results of our membership commitments and celebrate all that we’ve heard from the Lord as a result of our prayers!

In His hands,

Jeff
