Seeking New Interns

April 23, 2018

Our Intern Team at Northstar Church is indispensable and always add so much to the life of our staff team! This semester, the team has included Andrew Cook, Joseph Hunter, AJ Persinger, Katie Rice, and Becca Tallman, and they have each contributed to the daily, inner workings of the church, as well as our big events like the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. They have served in a variety of ministries according to their gifts and have grown spiritually through discipleship and leadership. As we transition into the summer, many of them are leaving due to graduation, career opportunities, and summer vacation.

We are seeking new interns, and are currently accepting applications for Northstar’s one-year program.

A year of working at Northstar gives participants exposure and insight into working in ministry and helps them discern their own unique calling for the future. If you are a college student or recent graduate and are looking for new ways to experience ministry first-hand and grow in your gifts, then we would love to invite you to be a part of our fun staff team!

Interested individuals should download the intern packet describing the purpose, terms, qualifications, and additional benefits of being an intern at Northstar. The packet also includes the application, which you can turn in to the church office at the Ministry Center (200 Country Club Dr. SW, Suite D-1) or email it. Please have your application materials turned in by the May 1 deadline. If you have any additional questions about the intern role or the application process, contact Megan Evans.
