This sermon emphasized the glorious day of judgment when Jesus returns. We are reminded that it was the whole of our sin that held Jesus on the cross, and that through true faith in Him, we will be filled with joy and worship on the day of His return.
Jeff reminds us that Easter is an invitation to relationship with Jesus and an assignment to go on mission. Easter is not intended to be a date on your calendar, or something you do with your family, but a mindset. Jesus is risen and invites us to follow him daily.
