This summer, we will offer a small group for those wanting to lose weight and get healthy that is a biblical approach to weight loss that goes against most modern diet and exercise plans (i.e. no calorie counting). The premise is this: God created us to be a healthy weight and He gave us the physiological signals of hunger and fullness to achieve and maintain that weight. The goal is a life of freedom in which we do not have to focus on food. By turning to God, we can overcome the cycle of overeating, dieting, and exercising. Here are the details:
