Alex grew up in Northeast Ohio (Go Buckeyes and Cleveland anything!). He graduated from Liberty University with a youth ministry degree in 2014. Alex was called into ministry in April of 2009 while trying to decide where he would pursue further education and pursue his sports career. He felt God call him into full-time ministry one night in his room and has pursued that calling ever since.

His favorite movie is Remember the Titans. He has two favorite books: The Reason For God: Belief in an Age of Skepticism and Wild At Heart. He loves all sports and enjoys competition. Alex played football at Liberty University as kicker. Alex's favorite hobby is playing golf with friends and with new people. He has a new-found hobby in writing. He enjoys blogging about some of the important issues that we are faced with every day. Above all else, he says, "God is most important and the gospel is the heartbeat of life!"
