Podcast: State of the Church 2011
As we celebrated what God did in our lives in 2010, we also looked forward in faith to how God will work through our obedience in 2011. Lead pastor Jeff Noble challenged us all to make much of God.

Two services start again Jan 23
Since our Missions Sunday in November, Northstar has been having one worship service on Sundays. In December, we enjoyed evening worship services called December Nights with no morning worship. Beginning January 23, we will be moving back to two morning services – 9:00 & 11:00 a.m.
We offer two services so that we can reach more people (space is limited sometimes in the BHS auditorium). Both services are relatively the same, and we encourage you to try out both times to see which might fit your needs best. In addition, we always encourage our members and guests to invite a friend, and we hope that by having two opportunities, it may enable you to better reach another family or friends.
For families with children grades 5 and under, please note that full children’s ministries are offered only at the 9:00 service. This is to help us ensure a quality and consistent children’s ministry on Sundays. We do offer nursery at the 11:00 service for babies.
2011 State of the Church Address

Sunday, January 23 will be an exciting day for the Northstar family. We’ll celebrate our annual State of the Church Sunday as we look back in thanksgiving and celebration to what our Lord has done in us and through us in 2010. We’ll also prayerfully look forward to what He is calling us toward in faith.
Also that Sunday, we’ll move back to two services – 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.
Please be in prayer for that day as we exalt our God who has given us salvation and a mission in Christ!
For Northstar members, we will have a Membership Meeting that afternoon at 4:00 to approve the 2011 budget and celebrate further in vision and fellowship what was shared in the service.
